Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lane 201 finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your store credit will be issued once our team inspects the return.
